How is it that you have so many different products?
We find the farmers and producers where ever we can in the US. That way we only offer to you fresh and high quality ingredients.
How does you food differ from other places I can get food, like my local supermarket?
First, in most cases, your supermarket does not have a large selection of farm fresh products. Secondanly, due to the volume they need, they cannot source their product from small farmers and producers. Typically these smaller farms and producers can avoid the use of high production growers, thus providing better tasting food and far fresher.
What about returns?
No returns on food are accepted. We do offer a 30 day money back for most products. However, please read all the details on this page.

What Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express
Can I use any other currency than US dollar?
No. We accept only payments made in US dollars.
What is the 3 or 4 digit "security number"
On the back of your card (for Visa and Master cards) there is a 3 digit number.
For American Express, its a 4 digit number printed on the front of the card.
Is your site secure?
Yes. We employ strong encryption (SSL) of all personal and credit card data when you are completing an order. You can be sure that your credit card is safe because we do not store it on our site. It is only used during the actual order payment.

What is the normal shipping times?
We try to ship within 3 business days of your order, Depending on your location from the warehouse, it could take 5 to 7 days by normal ground service.
How does your shipping work.?
Since we ship directly from the farmer/grower/producer there will be shipping charges for each shipping location. We work with our suppliers to reduce costs where possible, yet balance the fact that for many products. Since our products are fresh short shipping time is essential.
Can I get faster shipping?
Yes it varies by supplier. For those suppliers we offer two upgrade services:

Overnight 1 day
What about fresh products? Do they get to my location properly?
Yes. Our products are shipped in proper containers (cool boxes for example when needed.) or we only ship fresh products so they arrive on Tuesdays through Fridays, and not sit in some warehouse over the weekend.

Why are some products not available at times?
Its due to when the harvest time occurs. In olden days, people understood that certain foods where only available at certain times of the year. Apples, for example in the fall. Nowadays supermarkets source around the world, so apples are a year round item either due to obtaining them globally or by storage. Our foods are still the old fashioned way, they are available when they are harvested. This translates into far fresher, more tasty foods for you.
