Satistfaction
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase (within 30 days of receipt) , for any reason, let us know. We will replace the item or provide you a refund.
Returns
 Food Items are not returnable. Do not ship food product back to TerraBorn. You will however get a full refund for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling).
Any non food product within 30 days that is defective or does not meet your standard may be returned to us for full credit of the item(s) or your may elect to receive a replacement product (if possible).
Please Contact Us first to receive an RMA. Let us know the reason for the return and your name, and address plus the order number if known.
Please return the product in the original packaging if possible. Enclose your name, address, and item and ship to the address on the RMA e-mail you received.
A credit for the price of the product and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
